So Kirsty I really have to thank you. Since high school graduation in 2012(I'm from America) I have been aimlessly going from crappy job to crappy job, and just really not enjoying life...well I've been on a video watching binge on you doing nails and...sometimes I dabble and do my own but I really need to be taught on how to do it right(I KNOW I need improvement!) well I finally got off my butt and went to my local technical college and got I formation on the nail tech program. It starts in January costs 2k and then I can take the state bar exam to get my license. I am very excited. Your videos finally inspired me to get myself going and do something I KNOW I will love!
@lorigleason48056 жыл бұрын
fluffycuppycakespro I want to commend you for going after your license!!! I’ll be looking forward to your post on here that you have it. It’s the difficult things in life that prove to be the worthy ones in the end.

I worked in an industrial laundry for 23 years and we stone washed many hundreds of jeans. And we actually used stones. They were small, about the size of a 10 pence and boy was it noisy, but we got good money for them! Love your videos so much, been binge watching the older ones.

Omg I don’t think the netting would have looked as good as this. You’re a great artist Kirsty. ❤️

I tell ya, Kirsty that wiping with the acetone step really does make a difference. Thx for that tip! I’ve always seen u do it and the other day I thought, “let me try that” and I did and now I can’t NOT wipe the nails with it(esp when doing a marbled nail... it just makes the surface look like actual smooth, polished granite-perfect! ) Lol 😂I’ve learned so many great tips n tricks from you... you’re the BEST!!!
@sandrastreifel64523 жыл бұрын
Don’t do it if you’re applying gel polish on top, though! It needs the rough filed surface to adhere to.

My mum used to really hate distressed jeans. Mainly because we lived about a mile from a quarry, there were some excellent rocks out there. All the kids in the 80s would sneak there and “wreck” our denims. Whacking them on rocks, rubbing them on rocks, nicking one of our mums shopping bags and putting the jeans in with rocks and swinging them around. We also got very imaginative with the bleach. All our mum’s went potty, but we looked awesome!

Wow❣️ This is absolutely gob smakingly amazing kirsty.😍 I was half expecting you to finish off with a boot on the tip! Could you have done the secret tip with your gel and holo/ chrome powders and given the fishnets a lil bit of bling so that they stood out a bit more? Like those bling stockings you did on your nails last week? Honestly though, this is so cool❣️😍xXx

Lol @ "I think I have tourette's" you just reminded me of a time when I was in like...2nd grade my mom ran a video store and one of her employees had Tourette's Syndrome. He was absolutely the nicest and funniest dude ever. Looking back I always feel so bad because my sister and I (she was in 4th grade so we were both little and had no idea what tourette's was) anyway we loved going into the store when he was working bcuz we would be non stop laughing at him randomly yelling "FUCK SHIT FUCK YOOOOUUU" constantly and no one would ever say anything to him for it and we just found it hilarious until one day my mom pulled us aside and basically told us what total assholes we were for laughing at him constantly. The truth was though....we thought he was the coolest guy ever for constantly yelling obscenities and getting away with it 🙄
