For those of you guitarists out there trying to downpick the entire intro to the song at this bpm (like 185 or something) and can't get through the entire thing, swap to alternate picking utilizing outside picking rather than inside. They 100% sped this portion of the song up in the studio. He plays it at like half speed live. But utilizing outside alternate picking you can generate the speed and accuracy and it still sounds clean.
