350k loan at 4% interest rate with 35 years tenure, installment RM1,550. RM1,300 / RM1,550 = 83% Better BELI daripada terus menyewa. All the best!

250k x 90% financing = RM225,000 Sewa RM1,200 x 12 bulan = RM14,400 RM14,4000 / RM225,000 = rental yield 6.4% Rental yield more than 6% is not bad! With fully furnished the value can go higher. All the best!
