Nakba 75: Why has Berlin police banned pro-Palestine protests and rallies?

In May last year, Berlin police issued a temporary ban on all pro-Palestine protests and events in the city - including the Nakba Day gatherings that were slated to take place in the city that month, just days after Israeli forces killed Palestinian journalist Shireen Abu Akleh. The reason? Authorities deemed the protests and events “potentially antisemitic”.
The 2022 Nakba Day protests went ahead in defiance of the ban, although Berlin police ended up detaining over 170 protestors. Just last month, the police conceded that it had arrested people for wearing the colours of the Palestinian flag, even if they were simply a bystander.
This year, as Palestinians worldwide prepare to celebrate 75 years since the Nakba began in 1948, German courts are seemingly upholding the ban on pro-Palestinian demonstrations in Berlin.
Last month, two demonstrations advocating for Palestinian political prisoners - organised by prisoner solidarity organisation Samidoun - were outlawed by Berlin police, which cited the gatherings were an “imminent danger” and could lead to “inflammatory antisemitic exclamations” and a “glorification of violence”.
It’s understood Berlin’s Nakba Day protests and events - organised by @samidoun_deutschland and @palestinespeaks - will still go ahead this weekend and early next week. However, it is yet to be seen if the city’s police force will respond in the same way it did last year.
This clip is an excerpt from The New Arab’s upcoming short documentary, ‘Germany’s Palestine Problem’.

en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Terrorism_in_Germany The reality is German authorities are worried about historical terror that involves Turkish & Iraqi Kurds and other middle eastern groups in Germany. So they block a range of middle eastern communities because they fear aggressive acts and retaliation against any aggressive acts. If German authorities did nothing and something went out of control involving deaths in the streets then Germans would scream why did you not take appropriate steps? That's the context unfortunately.

Sounds racist to me. There hasn't been any example of such violence happening in any demonstration involving middle easterns in Germany. Israel is a valuable importer of German weapons! And Israel for example offers the spy software Germany uses to spy on their own public!
