OMG I'm just catching this on the replay now! I can't believe it! It won't be the same without you two! Bahzad, Risa you two are the best Husband and Wife team in the industry! The Street Fighter II collab is what got me into raw denim (Blanka being first and my favorite pair from the collection) and started my raw denim journey back in 2018! (I can't believe it's been 6 years...) I've lost count, but I think I'm at around 30+ pairs, all Naked and Famous I hope I will have an opportunity to meet you two in the future! Thank you for everything you two do for us and the community! PS - I appreciate you two giving us the heads up so we can at least let this process and go through those 7 steps of grief 😅😭, and prepare for the last one...

man I can't believe it. if it weren't for based and risa's I'd have never gotten unto raw/selvedge denim. thanks guys for getting me into this great subculture that I love so much. the raw denim world will feel this absence greatly, but, I agree, there is a lot of people at Tate & Yoko. anyways, I'll miss you guys, without you, I would have never gotten into raw denim which has been such a great addition in my life, THANK YOU BASAD AND RISA, SELVEDGE DENIM SUPERHEROES!!!!!!!

Damn, I’m legitimately sad. I know everyone likely has a somewhat similar story, I treated this livestream like a weekly TV show. I’d watch it in parts, usually watching a large chunk while folding laundry every Sunday morning. Hope you guys know how much you’ll be missed!

The indigo stain on a white sneaker is absolutely gorgeous and very artsy. I intentionally wear my white sneakers whenever I wear jeans that bleed a lot of indigo. and so far, it has turned out great for me! 😄
