Do not make a statement that parents mental health is disturbing their childrens mental health. Every single parent knows how to bring up their children. First of all, a children must get to know how their family is , their parents is, their struggles in terms of money, relationship and behaviours. Only if a children grow up in all ups and doens along with their parents they will get strong to face their own roller coaster rides in future. Beacuse of these counsellings that tells childrens need to be always pampered and hidden to their parents problems and dreams, its not a healthy parenting. Instead of telling that parents mental health affects children's mental health, pls counsel the parents to sit and talk to their children about their expectations, problems, happiness, sorrows, upsets, depressions, moral values then and there so that the children will grow up understanding natural mental states of men and women from childhood.
