സമയം കിട്ടിയപ്പോൾ ഒന്നു പരീക്ഷിച്ചു നോക്കി. പ്രതീക്ഷിച്ചതിലും അപ്പുറം നന്നായിട്ടുണ്ട്. പൊടികളെല്ലാം വളരെ കുറച്ച് മാത്രം ഉപയോഗിച്ചു. ഒരു തക്കാളിയും ചേർത്തു. വിനാഗിരി ചേർത്തില്ല. കറിവേപ്പില കുറച്ച് അധികം ചേർക്കുന്നത് നന്നാകും. പാചക കലയിൽ പുതുമുഖങ്ങളാണെങ്കിൽ ഒരു രണ്ടു മണിക്കൂറെങ്കിലും മാറ്റി വെക്കാനുള്ളവർ മാത്രം പരീക്ഷണത്തിന് മുതിർന്നാൽ മതി. കാരണം ചെറിയ ഉള്ളി തൊലി കളയാൻ തന്നെ നല്ലൊരു സമയമെടുക്കും😎😎
