A big salute to the hungarian lady(name not clear), who prepared our traditional sambar in Nalledethe adukkala. She is so dedicated and having much patience in preparing the delicious dish. Mayakutty is also very cute . The way you fed the child with much care and affection attracted me .It shows that Love has no language . I am impressed by the patience with which she went into the details of cooking sambhar and with neatness. May be the steps are slightly different. Yet I am sure, the ultimate taste would have been the same. I appreciate her interest in our dishes and her liking to cooking. Nalledathu Kitchen has done a wonderful job. Beautiful day, spent in such a happy manner. It was very nice to see a Hungarian lady inside Nalledath Adukala, preparing one of our favourite dishes, sambar ,without showing any kind of nervousness, --- something which most of us experience ,when we cook for the first time, in an unfamiliar environment. She appeared very much at home in this adukalla, mainly because of Sreela teacher' s welcoming ways, encouraging her along the way, , lending her a helping hand wherever it was necessary. It was a wonderful understanding between the two ladies, which was a joy to watch. Two different cultures, two different sensibilities, blending seamlessly into happy companionship. The special bond between little Maya and Sreela teacher , made this occasion even more memorable Truly enjoyed this episode. Thank you Sreela teacher.
