Highly useful information for laymen. In Kerala , Second Class Magistrate Courts are not existing now. It seems Metropolitan Magistrate Courts are also not o far established.

For selection of District / Sessions judges two methods are followed One is direct selection from advocates ( through written test and interview) and the other is promoting Chief Judicial Magistrates and Sub. Judges as District/ Sessions judges.

Many people asked me why accused in murder and rape cases are produced before Magistrates. Sir, I think a brief session on committal proceedings in simple way would be useful for laymen. I was a practicing lawyer. Now I discontinued my practice.

Very good information. In a civil case the verdict came in favour of me. after 2 years they challenged the verdict. but it was rejected and verdict came from district court. but in my absence they played a trick and they without informing me again they went to muncipality court and made to get a verdict the previous potion was not clear. Fed up with this I am remaining silent suffering my legal right. What I can do further. any time can give the explanation.
