Not unlikely though, pacman is in smash now, and we've had more out of place themes than these gameroom themes, remember the balloon fight and heavy metal music on ice climber stages, and dr.mario theme in the mushroom kingdom and flat zone 2 stages?

Jackson Flloyd so was sonic, but Nintendo only adds in the characters, I doubt they would add in the actual music.

doggone12ify It's more likely with Namco however as Pac-Man is there to represent Namco as a whole and not just Pac-Man's series. His Namco Roulette taunt is evidence of that as well as some of his moves. At the most I'm sure we'll get a nice Namco medley song. Oh, and don't forget the Special Flag and Boss Galaga items. Heck we don't even know what the assist trophy is yet!

Blues Light You almost nailed it. We didn't just get one Namco Medley... WE GOT TWO! Rally-X is even the first one played aside from the Galaga fanfare! Serves it right as it was the first ever Videogame to play background music during gameplay. We also got the original four Ghosts as pacman's assist trophy, and Pooka appears as an enemy in Smash Run for the 3DS. I love those guys. Dig Dug and Rally-X need more love.
