Its here! our Nameless Performance Subaru Outback XT mid pipe for 2020+ models. Made from high quality 3" T304 Stainless steel, Our mid pipe is designed so it can work with factory down pipes and the factory axle back exhaust as well as our aftermarket down pipe and axle back exhaust. we make this possible with our "super clever" 3" floating two bolt laser cut stainless flange on the front connection to the down pipe.
The factory mid pipe features a conical front flange that interfaces with a ball-joint style gasket, which we often refer to as a 'donut gasket' because it looks like a big multi-layer metal donut. The value of this type of connection provided by the factory is designed for long term sealing under hard cornering and off road applications, as well as having the best compliance to ensure that the exhaust aligns properly over the length of the mid pipe. Our donut gasket is similar to the factory design, but it is larger in diameter - so large that it fits directly over the outside of the factory gasket and mates up to our flared front tube on our mid pipe. This provides all of the functionality of the factory gasket, And when you are ready to upgrade your down pipe with a 3" from the turbo back, you can remove the factory parts and just use the gaskets included! Hows that for planning ahead? This design allows you to retain that factory functionality AND have a full 3" flow between the down pipe and mid pipe!
We are the only company that offers you a full flow design without any need to purchase conversion adapters or additional gaskets.
and it gets even better! Our mid pipes also use a v-band connection at the rear of the front section of the mid pipe. This allows you to have adjustability in the clocking of the mid pipe to get the fit perfect during your installation.
We have also added a 3" resonator to help dial out unwanted drone at cruising speeds. The "Y" pipe splits to dual 2.25" pipes with mandrel bends for the smoothest exhaust flow possible. Pair this mid pipe with our customizable Nameless performance Axle back available in muffled and non muffled versions, and you will have great sound and performance.
All flanges are laser cut, and come with new hardware for simple installation. Be sure to check out our new exhaust bushings to make installation even more simplified.
Fits: 2020 Subaru Outback XT. This will NOT work with the Non-Turbo Models.

Nameless is the best sounding exhaust I've heard. Got it a 5" axle back on my 2015 Legacy 3.6r. Plan to add it on my 2024 Subaru. Hopefully they'll have one out for it as well.

How is the drone of these exhausts? I feel like anything with a muffler would cut the noise down too much and if I went with no muffler I would hear a drone on the highway at 70 MPH +

It should not. It's a Catback so it does not effect emissions.

Nameless Performance, Inc. how many horsepower will it add to a stock outback xt?

@@hahahahah8396 catback's like previously stated don't really do much other than change the tone and typically cut total weight down. Horsepower gained would be between 0 and 2 until paired with supporting modifications and then Protuned.

@@TCPUDPATM Definitely an ongoing challenge for us moving forward as more of these cars feature CVT transmission exclusively. Our new dual chamber systems work great to offset drone in the naturally aspirated models, but there's no getting around the difference in exhaust note during gear changes with the CVT. Interestingly enough, we have also noticed a difference in sound between setting the vehicle to manual mode and shifting through the gears vs. simply using the paddles to shift while the car is in 'D.' The exhaust sounds completely different in those situations.

@@Embarrassed4U They do, and certainly have their advantages. As you said, the “fake 8 speed” programming and other weirdness like that just makes it terrible. And it changes the way it acts in real-time. All put together + turbo lag makes for an extremely disconnected driving experience. It feels like a boat!
