North Face was named for the “North Face” of a mountain. Because of the sun not shining much on the north side of a mountain there is more snow and ice. Which makes sense for a winter sports gear company.

Great video James. One question though, when the email comes that has the link for the guide download after entering your name and email on your website, the download button says "Confirm Subscription & Download the Guide" but there is zero text saying what it is exactly that you are subscribing to? I would assume it's just a harmless email newsletter type thing? but enough time on the internet teaches you it's best not to click on those 'agree to this before we tell you what you agreed to' kind of things. Any text you could provide here or in the email that gets sent out about what it is we are subscribing to by clicking the button would be much appreciated. (Unless in the case it's like 100 pages of things in which case we usually agree without knowing what it is we are agreeing to haha "Sure take my rights to my personal info, anything but reading boring legal jargon please!")
