Thank you for the video! The tags for boots can be glued to the tongue. It's subjected to less friction, so will last longer. I used the Dritz Original Liquid Stitch ($5 on Amazon).

you probably see em without names often becouse they werent issued anymore after 1940. After then they were only private purchase
