That is a WIRE brush. You have to be very gentle when using that. They can bleed. It hurts them. Wrong brush to use on short hair dogs.

From point of view what he is doing he is giving him the command to do the same thing again by his hand on his dogs head. I think he don’t know that by doing the same thing his dog will do again the same.
