Beef 1kg
1 large tomato
2 medium size
Salt 1tbsp
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
vinegar 1/4cup
Water 4 cups
Ginger & Garlic 1tbsp
Cooking oil 4tbsp
Black pepper 1/2tsp
Green chillies 3-4
Ginger julienne 1tbsp
Pro Tip:
For an extra depth of flavor, roast the coriander powder and black peppercorns in a dry pan before grinding them. This will enhance the aroma and taste of your Namkeen Gosht.
