Namkeen Mutton Karahi

Hello viewers;
here is a very tasty EId special mutton dish
must try and enjoy
Mutton: one kg
Tomatoes : 4
Garlic: 1 tbls
Ginger: 1 tbls
Salt : to tast
Butter r pure ghee: half cup
green chilies: 5
Black paper : half tea s r as required
Method (Recipe):
Add butter in pan
add meat
add salt
fry till change of colour of meat
Cook the meat on slow heat for 30 - 35 Minutes (you can add a little water if reuired)
Once meeat is cooked well and water is dried, add garlic and jinger and fry for 30 seconds
Now add Tomatos and cover for 10 - 15 minutes on slow heat.
Now add black pepper and green chili
cover for 2 minutes
Enjoy with bread
