Beautiful! That's an awesome piece of gear & the right guy to showcase it. The seamless change-ups must have drawn more of an audience than the fixed camera had the chance to show. It just doesn't get much better than that!

I love this puppy. Ive had mine w the Remote1 and Looper Kit for over a yr. Just bloody amazing. Before you drop on a ultra complex modeler, plug into this and play a real optimized analog amp. It loves pedals which just expand its horizons even more.
@the92project5 жыл бұрын
I got this amp and tested it today with a 2x12 cab loaded with celestion V30 and Creamback, my first impressions: 1) this is a real amp, it is the smallest lightest real tube amp in the world as of 2019. It can go head to head with any 2-channel tube amp in the market. 2) it took me a while to dial in a nice tone, youll have to do this for your guitar, the amp didnt sound great to me at first. The "custom controls" on the side are crucial, they are tiny and kind of a pain to set, but once you do thats it, your done 3) this thing is loud but manageable, i was able to crank all preamps but master never above 2.5 LOL, i was just playing "bedroom level" though, still the tone is good 4) the clean tone is nice, but not blown away, but it is nice. If you crank it you get some nice character out of it. My guess this will take pedals like a champ, ill try that next. 5) the vintage channel im still trying to figure it out, it doesnt have the same flexibility as the other dirty channels, this is Thomas' channel and he likes it like this. My bet is it will grow on me later. 6) classic channel is THE BOMB, the best channel, the tone in my head, this is the channel i think ill use the most, it can get clean if you roll of the volume on your guitar and it can get ferocious heavy level with some massive punch and thick sounding chords, love it. my fav channel so far 7) modern, not better than classic in my opinion, volume drops and compression kicks in. to me it makes the channel a bit thinner than the other ones. you can compensate with custom controls but i dont think it's better than classic channel Bottom line: this is not a toy, or a "kind of an amp" , this is a real amp and deserves more respect that constantly having people trying to match the tone of other amps in order to prove that it is a tube amp. It can match other amps, but nobody tests a friedman agsint a bogner and tries to match tones, not fair. Amp1 is the smallest, lighest real tube amp on earth. The price I think it's absurdly low for the features it has, basically a 2-channel amp with 3 flavors of dirt (like the bogner goldfinger sl) but if you add the remote one add-on pedalboard then you have a full fledged 4 channel amp. ridiculous. Thomas Blug I bow to you!

Thomas is playing one of his Vintage V6 signature guitars... Obviously an early incarnation, because the new ones look shit, with a yellow urine stained coloured scratchplate. Reduced costs, reduced quality. But his amp's and he rock!!
