Good morning Naanaba. Ohhhh, I'm inspired. Caribbean people make fresh green seasoning too, but I have never been told or even thought about storing some in the freezer like this. Thank you for your inspiration. Off to get some ginger and garlic first...lol

I like you batches. I wish I could growChadon Beni (cilantro) which is favourite herb for our green seasoning blends in Trinidad 🇹🇹. My favourite blends include Rosemary and bay leaf which I have in my garden here in 🇬🇧. BTW RE the sage never store it in the fridge, like bay leaves the sage is best preserved and used dry. 👏

Sista madame🎉 smart hack but please be aware that when food is frozen in plastic it becomes toxic especially when it thaws inside the plastic tritan plastic containers are supposed to be good. But I wish they would make cling film for the space saving uses. ❤

In the Caribbean we call this "SEASONING" for meats and for cooking too. After all in the Caribbean most black folks are the descendants of the enslaved of Africa mostly from the west coast. We share similar recipes.
