Good to see we both share the time-saving love for bulk aromatic stew making for freezing. Good use of the bumper crop homegrown tomatoes. It's one big job that is done for the year indeed😃. Love that for us😁.

That will contain a lot of flavor. Even when the sundry tomatoes were not added, it was as beautiful as a bride…does the store bought dry tomatoes taste as good as fresh tomatoes? Using a lot of onions in recipes is great..,I love parsley because of it health benefits ❤ This really helps and serves time..serve me some pasta.

So far I’m loving your channel. Just subscribed !! Actually olive oil shouldn’t be heated. When one cooks with olive oil it releases toxins. So perhaps grape seed or peanut or avocado oil for cooking. And olive oil for cold preparations 😉

Great idea using the package of sun dried tomatoes! Would you be so kind as to tell me where you bought the package or name of the sun dried tomatoes? Not to mention the high cost now of tomato sauce, paste, etc! I do something like this called "Sofrito" for latin cooking that saves me lots of time, however, tomatoes are not one of the ingredients. I will definitely try this recipe! Thank you so much!

It's always good to see how you prepare food. Does your peppers totally take away the sourness of the tomatoes? Would it be wrong to add a bit of sugar? I am going to try making this. Looks very tasty.

Baking soda helps reduce the sourness of tomatoes. Remember that a little goes a long way so only add a little at a time. Stir well and taste before adding a bit more if it’s still too sour.
