INGREDIENTS for grilling fish:
4 pompano fish (cleaned)
Salt to taste
4 tablespoons of avocado oil
Ingredients for sauce:
6 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
Juice of 1 lime
Pinch of salt
Pinch of black pepper
2 spring onions chopped finely
1 Fresno chili
1/2 teaspoon garlic chopped finely
1/2 teaspoon ginger finely chopped
Ingredients for slaw:
1/2 cup of diced red bell pepper
1/2 a medium onion sliced thinly
2 cups of sliced kale
1/2 cup red cabbage sliced
3 tablespoons of olive oil
1 tablespoon of fish sauce (substitute with soy sauce)
1/2 teaspoon garlic chopped finely
1/2 teaspoon ginger finely chopped
Ingredients in French:
INGRÉDIENTS pour griller le poisson:
4 poissons pompano (nettoyés)
Sel au goût
4 cuillères à soupe d'huile d'avocat
Ingrédients pour la sauce:
6 cuillères à soupe d'huile d'olive extra vierge
Jus de 1 citron vert
Pincée de sel
Une pincée de poivre noir
2 oignons nouveaux hachés finement
1 piment de Fresno
1/2 cuillère à café d'ail haché finement
1/2 cuillère à café de gingembre finement haché
Ingrédients pour la salade de chou:
1/2 tasse de poivron rouge en dés
1/2 oignon moyen tranché finement
2 tasses de chou frisé tranché
1/2 tasse de chou rouge tranché
3 cuillères à soupe d'huile d'olive
1/2 cuillère à café d'ail haché finement
1/2 cuillère à café de gingembre finement haché
1 cuillère à soupe de sauce de poisson (remplacer par de la sauce soja)
