I was having a quarrel with my neighbour but when I listened to this audio, i understood that I had set a false expectation and was moving away from reality and remembered the words said in this audio which says - learn to accept that life is going to be unpredictable and so go with the flow or go with the hukum and the moment I accepted or realised this wisdom, guess what - my neighbour is feeling like something is wrong with me and why I am not fighting with him anymore😂

As I see Life,,, so I receive. If I see life as a series of negative events that I am a victim of than I will be more and more victim. Study has shown that people who are more positive walked around feeling more lucky and because they felt more lucky things just start to happen better. ❤

the dicotomy of life isn't a choice and something we've inherited thru that from which we came however that may be...there is a visceral experience that communicates to the mind thru an empathic sense of self grounded to the nature of our biology and we cannot discard the reality of this experience or down grade it or minimize it but rather learn how to reconcile the spirit of life with the nature of itself the best we can....the essence of life is to have the experience as it is realized and learn from it...if we are emotionally overwhelmed then we should have the capacity to reason with the difficulty thru our higher thinking or mental capacity to remind ourselves to regain control however that may be some might call this channelling the energy the best way we can especially if there might be a possibility of creating unwanted damage thru anger or desperation but the reality of never feeling sadness is unrealistic as an empathic being connected to all other beings...I do not disagree with everything but I tend to keep in mind closed or fixed ideas about life as static truths because life has revealed to me that nothing is static and subject to change as the moment reveals itself in a constant state of coming to be thru that from which it came not unlike all living things including our humanity or the universe itself....you couldnt know happiness if youve never been sad and you couldnt appreciate the presence of others without grieving their absence....just like seeing the rainbow of light against the backdrop of darkness....the beauty in life is realized somewhere in between the polar opposites and how that lets us see it however we arrive at that moment...we are the product of that which has created us which is just as much divided within as we are when you look around at everything you comprehend and cannot unsee the bipolar nature of everything incuding the universe itself perhaps this is why we doubt ourselves and allow ourselves to be infloenced with cookie cutter solutions that are supposed to fix everybody and save them from themselves instead of having faith that we are capable of realizing what we are meant to realize rather than be told we cant or that we are wrong...be the solution that you are and always have been....you made it this far

Total acceptance - no expectations… easier said than done. I believe too the universe or god planned actually already but in daily life i have to make decisions and they can be very difficult.

The intutive Guru, you have been propounding the concept of surrendering, adopting, and accepting the realities of life as the natural path to attaing happiness. This very concept has been the issue of debates for centuries as to whether our lives are based on deterministic philosophy or on a matter of free will or choice. I see your concept on surrendering and following the universal curved path of the reality of life to take its own natural course is the same as accepting the philosophy of natural universal determinism. Of course it is no accident. My thoughts and my questions and for whatever reason the perspective I have in this life has kept me almost blind. Unable to connect the dots with these things that are so important IMO if one is to be able to truly live life You must have found the answers through searching for them yourself. It is awesome to feel validated in many ways and to finally know this information Thank you

Greta Thernberg's, Ghandi's, Mandela's, Mother Teressa's, etc anger is just positively redirected. There are countries still in the dark ages how they treat other oppressed groups because the oppressed repress their anger with fear & just suffer it out. This surely can't be God's purpose cause everyone wants to leave those countries & go to more fair & just ones who respect their fellow human a bit more.

I think it would be unhealthy to have no expectations at all. What if I do not expect the a school to educate my child properly? Should I just let go of the promise they made? Why would this be different from a friend who doesn't keep his word? Its not me creating an expectation, but the friend making an agreement. What if nobody expects anything in the world anymore? What a choas that would be. Nothing would be done...

The WaheGuru does not 'allow' bad things to happen. There are no 'bad things' The WaheGuru created it's own starting conditions and the rules, physics..botany if you wish did the rest The WaheGuru is the ultimate Alchemist. The Universe, including us, is the Waheguru blooming...and botany was seen as the most sacred science of the hermetic alchemists. Tyger Tyger, burning bright, In the forests of the night; What immortal hand or eye, Could frame thy fearful symmetry? In what distant deeps or skies. Burnt the fire of thine eyes? On what wings dare he aspire? What the hand, dare seize the fire? And what shoulder, & what art, Could twist the sinews of thy heart? And when thy heart began to beat. What dread hand? & what dread feet? What the hammer? what the chain, In what furnace was thy brain? What the anvil? what dread grasp. Dare its deadly terrors clasp? When the stars threw down their spears And water'd heaven with their tears: Did he smile his work to see? Did he who made the Lamb make thee? Tyger Tyger burning bright, In the forests of the night: What immortal hand or eye, Dare frame thy fearful symmetry?
