This is the most extensive modification of the base kit, add many features that was never intended, with so many techniques never seen before. I cant believe the result it was made from very plan simple parts. This is peak scale model.
Absolutely blown away by your artistic ability, steady hand and, quite frankly, your engineering prowess, not to mention the attention to detail! The car looks REAL. Another level of model building entirely, you should be proud 😊 I am also glad that you and your family are well again. Keep the videos coming - I look forward to them a lot
Hi Kenji, I just Love these full build videos. They remind me of all the cool custom work that you have done. Cutting the doors, and hatches is amazing in itself, but all the fine detail that shows when they are open is just another level of talent to be respected. You have done a fine job with all of the electrics, especially since you are new at it. I like the format you have done on the filming, and the chapter photos are really nice, and professional looking. All the lights, and operation look so nice on this presentation base. So many little details together make this Lotus so impressive! Great job Kenji! I hope everyone is doing well at your place. Thank you for sharing, and for all the hard work Kenji, and take care.

Hi Brian, thank you as always. It's fun to watch full build videos all at once. But editing is really difficult... I'm glad I managed to complete the Lotus Esprit. There are also many new challenges. I haven't decided what to do next yet, but please watch it again.👍

Dear Kenji, this is amazing! Your building skills are so outstandig- it is the champions league of model building und you did the final game! Very very good job. Thank you for sharing your art with us!
That licence plate is from the Lotus Esprit in James Bond's The Spy Who Loved Me. I thought it looked familiar. One of the nicest car ever designed. Awesome work on this model!

This is exactly what esprit is! I'm glad kenji made it. When I was in junior high school, I wanted to drive this car someday, and I'm completely satisfied with it. (It's a secret that I don't have a driver's license). まさに「これこそがesprit」です!kenjiさんがつくってくれてよかった。中学生の頃、いつかこの車に乗りたいと思っていましたが、もう充分満足です(車の免許持ってないのは内緒😁)。
Finally! It was so quiet here the last fridays. I was almost worried. Now I'm enjoying the conclusion of the Esprit. Thank you!

There are a few that carry a building of this kind a little bit longer, they are skilled. And then there is this build. Flawless. It takes a builder of absolute highest class to do something like this, what really made my day are the pop-up lights. You, Sir, are an expert.

This is truly a MASTERPIECE! My favourite Lotus Esprit finally done as a 1/24 model plastic kit, and now enhanced by your ingenuity to add lighting. Top class work my friend. Keep up the good work 👍🏻

I admire how you spent so long carefully sawing with a blade to seperate body sections cleanly, rather than the five minutes with a Dremel cutting wheel that even good model-makers resort to because they lack your patience and dedication to the craft!

Amazing skills in both painting, detailing and modifications. It is rare for me to watch a whole model building video for this long hour but your skills really impressed me. Thanks for showing all the works. I wish I could be half as good as you. P.S. If you could remove the noise when you stir the paint, it would be much better. My hair stood up when I hear the scratching noise. Sorry about this.
Da hast du dich mal wieder selbst übertroffen. Modell und Video sind kongenial geworden. Sehr schön! 👍🏻

Haven't seen one of your builds for a while, but again, you've taken what began life as a relatively basic model and transformed it into something amazing. You came up with some interesting combos of colors to get the interior painted and the results are again impressive.

It's absolutely amazing. The detail, the rider, how it made wow 👌
I notice Fujimi made a small mistake in the design as the rear boot-lid spoiler lip is a bit too pronounced (i.e. too steep in angle) compared to the real car, this is almost like the later Turbo design. But your modelling work is almost god-like Sir! 😍 Utterly wonderful 10/10 👍🏻 Congratulations. 🍾🎉😄

Truly a masterpiece of scale modeling and scratch building. I think you could have added a little speaker and program the engine starting up when you turn on the headlights. LOL Fabulous work. Attention to details is unreal but then again, Japanese are legendary for this. Ever consider working for a Japanese car manufacturer? Awesome work. May I suggest a challenging project for your future videos? Union Porsche 917k?
