Nando’s Inspired Chicken Loaded Fries

Peri Peri Chicken tossed on a load of fries with some cheese, spring onion and that iconic peri peri mayo (perinaise).
If you love Nandos then this is the video for you. Here I will show you how to make peri peri chicken and the mayo.
📝Ingredients
-900g of boneless skinless chicken thighs (the sauce is enough for this much chickne so you have enough peri peri chicken for plenty of stuff)
-2 bell peppers
-2 onions
-handful of coriander
-cooking oil
-1 tsp of oregano
-3tsp of paprika
-1tsp of chilli powder
-salt & pepper
-2-3 red chillies
-8-10 Birds Eye chillies or 5 if you don’t like your sauce spicy at all
-juice of one lemon
-5-6 cloves of garlic
-400g of chips/fries
-3tb of mayonnaise
-30g of cheese
-chilli flakes
-spring onion
