I can't get mine to work, can't get to the screens he's seeing, how do you save and go back? Lighting resets every time I click on easy setup. Lights are not coming on during selected time. Easiest to plug and unplug twice a day. Maybe use a timer.

No, it says Other and asks to enter your Af-Fi device's serial number and when you try to do that it only accepts numbers and my serial number is alphanumeric?

How loud is the fan on the AI prime?

I'm all about a quiet operation and it does a pretty good job. You can hear it if you're listening for it but all in all it's pretty quiet.

@@RealReefingTV How would you compare to Kessil A160, if you're familiar. I just picked up a used AI prime and it's running fairly loud, so not sure if it's normal for the AI primes or if the Fan bearings tend to give out after a while.

I can't fairly compare sound on those two lights but I do know the prime came with a notice saying to be careful to not press the mash fan guard down or it will make noise. Both are great lights, it just depends on the look you want and controllability.

Kessil has that small form factor whereas the prime is a fair bit more controllable right out of the box.
