These videos are almost useless guys. Just got two of your 64HD and your app is nothing like the videos. Why do you not produce a written manual, the single piece of card you put in the box has very little info on it. The written manual could be a PDF we could download. I would like some understandable instructions please.

Dude.. How tf do I just shut my lights off?.. I just bought 3 of these damn things and stil l trying to figure out how to create my schedule because it's so over complicated and for the last 2 nights I've had go just unplug thr lights entirely to just shit the lights off.. Why are these lights so damn confusing. I go to "live demo" set everything to zero to shut the lights off and they come right back on like 10 minutes later which is when I assume the "live demo" ends.... This app is bullshit for how much I just spent on these lights. I can manually adjust my 130 dollar fluval light manually with no issues

I just purchased the Hydra 32. I attempted the setup, however the firmware update fails about halfway through the process. I have tried numerous times, and am at the point of contemplating just sending it back and going with a Radion. Any guidance would be appreciated!

I control my lights from my pc is there a way it import a preset from the app to the pc? No offense but the app is such a pain to deal with especially if the light is already set up a different way.

My AI prime got wet and after cleaning it all lights except for channel blue work perfectly. Blue channel does nothing. Is there a way to fix it? If not, what channel would be the closest to use instead of blue? Maybe Royal? Thank you

They are both connected and on the same tank, but the color don’t match during the ramp times, which will probably eventually happen during the normal schedule. Should have went with a different light that isn’t owned by eco tech.

Why are my lights dimmer than when I play back my schedule. Lights seem a lot dimmer than my schedule is set for now. 🤦‍♂️ can’t figure out why. I can tell a huge difference my tank light is almost nothin when it should be lit good.

Download the David Saxby schedule, perfect for lps and sps both and has little extras like cloud simulation etc, very nice schedule

Piece of cake. I set a schedule in 5 minutes after watching this video. Violet is on 5 all night and 100% during day along with royal blue. The other blue is 40%. So far I have red, green and white at 0. Ramp down set to 1 hr

The setup for this light is a nightmare. Nothing matches any videos or online tutorials out there. Either create support before changing the app or at least make the app user friendly. I am seriously regretting this light for my tank.

You don't need wifi at all as long as you have a smartphone you connect via Bluetooth to set up or play with then when your done simply turn off Bluetooth and the light will run its schedule until you make changes again

I am so sorry that im not a new AI customer. First i planned to buy the Prime 16HD Reef then i saw at a local Fish store in Germany the Hydra® 32HD in action over a Coral Tank which was set to awesome light, so soft and blue/purple with a brilliant cristal clear look but then i stepped back from Aqua Illumination Products. Why ? I have read (and heared one 16HD Reef in action) much about the AI Prime 16HD that the Fan are so loud that you cant use it in a living rooms. And the Version 2 is louder than Version 1. The FW update didnt fix the problem. So my question is did you planning a new Version of the AI Prime 16HD which is really silent ? So i am not really looked further and went to another Brand. Buy the way a Radion G6 is also so loud that i think a jet is leaving the way. Ok Ecotechmarine is a sister company from AI, right ? If a company want to grow then its important to hear what the customer want in my opinion. You making good lights with horrible Sound it seems. Safe money at the wrong parts is a bad way. Furthermore why the companys produce products and give not any instructions and profiles to new customers with the product so they are not burning the corals ? I read also that European Dealer said that they have sold over 10k without any reclamation but you may not know how much potential customers you lost. Good light for corals, good Image, good marketing but then unecaptable loud fans. I am really dissapointed. 😒

First off, that is not the app I just downloaded. Secondly, I shouldn't have to be sitting next to the light to adjust the app. Thirdly, I want the light to turn on at X and off at Y and you make is soo frustrating I'll be lucky to figure it out before throwing the light out the window. The slide timer, ugh! It's almost impossible to get it on the time you want. Lastly, when you update your app update the video too. I'll probably return it for store credit.

Blues and violet for corals. Anything else is just for your viewing pleasure. To much red, green and White will promote algae growth.

Yeah I must say after purchasing 2x16HDs and 1x32HD Ai lights I'm very disappointed there's not an intensity slider , no updated videos or information on them or what spectrum with the Ai lights is best for coral growth spectrum guidance nothing . Very disappointed and BRS spectrum clearly isn't even ran on there own tank so they had thousands burn lenses and leds trying to figure it out ..maybe Ai should hire me to bring them up to speed on how and what to do with these lights . So we can all have properly lit reef tanks. Just saying call me AI lol

There is a way to adjust the intensity of the entire schedule, you simply use 2 fingers and slide up and down to adjust overall intensity of schedule
