I loved how you appreciated this album like everyone should do. I am only sad that probably I won't be able to see them live although I live in Italy. They should have the success they deserve. Unfortunately their genre often isn't taken seriously . I'm happy that most dates are sold out. This tour is going well

The lines in italians means: "When diarrhea get you and your digestion stops, Imodium..." Those are lines from the italian commercials of Imodium. "Cagarella, Salmonella, Cagarella Salmonella Squacquerone, culo scureggione" in english are: Cagarella = Diarrhea Salmonella = the virus Squacquerone = it's an italian cheese, but in slang it is another name for diarrhea Culo scureggione = farting ass. Every english song from Nanowar are full of italian quotes and puns... 😊😂

@@TheInvoker78 i disagree, in "Power of Imodium" the singer uses the same rasp voice as Lione in "When demons Awake", in "Power of the Dragonflame" Lione uses clean vocal. Also the shift from the lines and the chorus is almost the same

The reference of this band in Power Metal is Rhapsody Of Fire ( he changed his name from Nanowar, to Nanowar of Steel when Rhapsody have forced to change his name for legal copyrights), this is a Unholy Warcry from Rhapsody parody/referenced adding Bohemian Rhaspody in the middle, for more parody ( Yes, was necesary XD). And i wish see how you react to Nanowar song, Barbie MILF Princess of the Twilight, with the next context. Nanowar wants to do a parody of medley songs from Rhapsody of Fire, with the lyrics from Barbie, and then, they speak with Rhapsody to know if he can do it, and Fabio Lione, the singer saids: "Yes, but with the condition if i can sing in the song!!!" Sorry my bad english, im form spain, and, the last week i see it on live, and on the stage is amazing, ultra funny show, and the sound it's absolutely madness

I was sure you would appreciate this song too. The Imodium song. Unbelievable how they can be clever and so good musicians. Suggestion: take a look on the animated video of Sober before starting listening to “Stairway to Valhalla”. There are a lot of video from there too and I am sure you will have a lot of fun. Italian Folk Metal is a great album too but I suggest you to live it there for now.

Yes, anyway, the entire part starting from "I'm just a poor boy..." is a tribute to bohemian rhapsody with all the choirs and stuff, not only musically but also in the lyrics, still different but matching the style. And, probably, considering they are mocking Rhapsody of Fire too, it's a double reference. I love this song and the entire album so much! I hope you will resume reacting to their albums, at least the last two are worth a try, Stairway to Valhalla and Italian Folk Metal. If you don't want to react you can still listen to them, I'm sure you will like them.

That ska bit sounded a lot like 'Go West' (Pet Shop Boys or Village People) That BoRhap section wasn't so much a wink and a nod to Queen, but more of a full-on advertising campaign.
