Yes, i also experianced a change of my skin for a copple of weeks, it's a bit calmer at the moment and now i'm skipping a menstruation for the first time. And i'm turned 50 so.........
@melicat66528 ай бұрын
@@pennyjansen4539 I started having irregular periods in my early 40s and finally had my last one shortly after my 46th birthday.... so I was early in menopause but not terribly early. I tried HRT briefly and realized it was just going to delay the inevitable. The weight gain, hot flashes, and night sweats were no joke. The mental part was even worse. It finally started to taper off when I was in my early 50s. Around then I started a simple exercise routine--I walk every day. I'm up to at least four miles a day now. No matter where I go, I bring my walking and hiking gear and I just go for it...hot, cold, rain, wind, in cities, countryside, mountains, on beaches...wherever I happen to be. I now weigh less than I did before I had my three kids and I'm in better shape at 61 than I was at 46. My mind is also at peace,. Reminding yourself that it won't last forever helps :) and getting into a sustainable exercise routine is essential.

This has become one of my favorite videos because of the menopause. I started my menopause journey when I turned 55. I was full throttle with all of the symptoms. The night sweats were 24/7! My doctor, my OBGYN, everyone didn't know what to do for me. I asked my Mom how long her menopause lasted because I never saw my Mom break a sweat or have any symptoms. My Mom said it didn't last very long. I've suffered with menopause for exactly 9 years!! I turned 64 this March and my symptoms are finally subsiding. My Mom passed 3 years ago and I had to endure this journey by trial and error. I know my skin has changed, my body has changed drastically and I've lost 3/4 of my hair. I'm hoping I can at least grow some of my hair back. The dryness my skin has and still is enduring is literally life changing. I'm finding that speaking with other menopausal women have helped me immensely. I can't even count on my doctors for help with this. I'm saving Naomi's video because I enjoyed it so much and hopefully more women may come forward and talk about menopause. Love to all the beautiful ladies out there going through this phase of life🙏💕
