Sometimes, your camera stay way. Future, try do camera near jumping. Watch and try do together. I watch in notebook. Small for watch your exercises. 🧐🧐🧐

I did have to modify with the jumps and how high to kick or bring knee up but O will def come back to this one and over time see how I am advancing in rebounding! New Subscriber here!

I keep coming back to this one, it’s just so good either as an add on to strength or on its own when I want a good stand alone cardio that’s not too intense. Perfection. I probably love it because it’s void of squat jumps, lol 😅

Fun one, Naomi! I know I'm weird, but I'd rather do squat jumps than those star jumps! And I loved the Muppet moves! I don't know if it was my washer/dryer running or if anyone else thought the music was louder than your mic in some places. Not an issue for those of us who've done your classes a long time, but maybe a problem for newbies? Anyway, I will definitely keep this one on my list for a fun, quick cardio. Heather

Thanks so much for the feedback. Yes, the sound was not perfect on this one. I usually hire a sound person to balance the music and vocals, but he was unavailable. Feel free to do squat jumps instead of the star jump. I’ve had a lot complaints about all of squat jumps, so I thought I’d make a workout without them (for once!). You know I love my squat jumps and sprints!

@@NaomiJoyFitness I know you do (a friend calls you "Naomi Hell"--ha!). I admit, I was a squat jump hater, too, but they are EFFECTIVE! This ol' booty hasn't looked this good since before baby #4 (who's now a teenager). I guess it's good to have a variety of options, though--which is what I love about your classes. Looking forward to the next one!
