This was great Paul. I broke in and got a Mini Trampoline. Paul, I’m so glad I did. I love it. I have to used the bar on the crunch at the end. Thanks for all you do. Now I can bounce with you. Also keeps heart rate up❤🥰

Love this new trampoline routine! Perfect shorter length of time- no excuses for not exercising! Anyone can fit 20 minutes in! I love the music and the arm movements are perfect for those “granny flappers” 😅- thank you!!
