Update on Inoue's recent S&C training. According to a Japanese source, that new military developed training I mentioned about earlier is being overseen by one of Inoue's S&C coaches. It incorporates lactic acid training (or lactic threshold training).. 'By training at a high intensity, the body creates additional proteins that help absorb and convert lactic acid to energy. There is an even rate of lactic acid production and blood lactate removal at rest and under low-intensity exercise. As your intensity of exercise increases, the imbalance causes a buildup in blood lactate levels, which is how the lactate threshold is reached. At this lactate threshold, blood flow decreases, and fast-twitch motor ability increases. This peak level of performance is referred to as lactate threshold training...' Along with a new dietary regimen, it's also helping Inoue to build up muscle mass fast.

Hello I know it been months but while I'm young I want to copy what training he does specially what you said Japanese military training, can I have a simpler explanation pls?
@PjYogiBear
@PjYogiBear Ай бұрын
@@shad8677 Idk myself. You see, I've got no knowledge or personal knowledge on the subject of Lactic Acid (Threshold) S&C training. You should look into it yourself. Obviously, it is a highly specialised form of training which needs constant expert monitoring, otherwise adverse, dangerous side effects might otherwise occur, apparently.
@PjYogiBear
@PjYogiBear Ай бұрын
@@shad8677 I'm neither in training myself nor a S&C trainer. I just got some information on Inoue's S&C training from people in the know in Japan. Then I did a little research on the net.. Team Inoue have the knowledge, experience and resources to implement such a specialised program. If I remember right, one of Inoue's S&C team members, former Champ Akira Yaegashi, worked in S&C training in the military himself, and so has firsthand know-how to look after Inoue. Constant monitoring and adjustment to the training at different phases of the fight training cycle would be necessary, I imagine. If this couldn't be done, adverse, possibly dangerously debilitating effects might otherwise occur. So, unless you have the resources, it might be advisable to follow standard, tried and tested S&C training methods instead.. All the best in your training, mate

Update.. A few weeks ago, it was reported in Japan that Inoue's in peak condition training for the TJ Doheny fight. He said he was having no stamina issues doing 8 round sparring sessions with a couple of newly arrived unbeaten big Mexican fighters (126/135). I read he Inoue fought Nery at just under 137.5lb. This means he's well on course to actually make his 126 fight weight target of 139lb (ie. 4lb above his previously targetted 122 fight weight). So we might see him reaching 139lb against Doheny, and taking his last fight at 122 in December (my guess is MJ, in Riyadh). Inoue should be primed to challenge for the WBO 126 belt by May '25.

@FightologyBoxing
@FightologyBoxing Жыл бұрын
The original commenter deleted it. I said he could beat everyone at 122 and 126 which is Super Bantamweight and Featherweight and he could pick off weak Champions at 130 which is Super Featherweight. Not Lightweight. Like I said 19 belts is possible but unlikley. Why does he need 19 belts to prove himself? He is already an undisputed champion in the 4 belt era which has only been done 12 other times in history. He won't even fight above 126 and doesn't need to. Not sure who you are arguing with or what your point is?

Inoue and his team turned lightweight-class boxing matches into big business. All they needed was Tokyo, and all the top fighters in the lightweight division wanted to compete there. Llamido is a very good, skillful sparring partner. Only Llamido's infighting needs improving, otherwise great. No wonder he's one of Loma's go to sparring partners. He's only a human! I think he was a really "turtle" of Japan🇯🇵 like Alas Casimero said. For me INOUE is not a true Champion. JohnRiel Casimero is Busy as a Champ to move other #COUNTRY for fighting a best Boxer of the Word. But Naoya Inoue and her fellowmen Boxer is fighting for #JAPAN🇯🇵😬 only....😂😂😂😂

He only fights in his Country and he is a hype Job soon as he comes to the USA where there are way more fighters with many styles he will get beat seen it a lot with fighters when they leave and start fighting in the USA and not only one fight I mean fight out here many fighters that's why he doesn't want to come here big fights with more money and GTD and Subriel Matías also i even think if they go to his Country they can beat him there as well but it will favor NI more do to no jet lag and his food his air and water shout out to SP boxing big up
