@argenvia thank you much appreciated - yes there have been serious accidents in steam days and in Deltic days one of them being a sleeper train

@melvilla1903 Many thanks Roger - yes I believe the curve is the tighest radius on the UK railway network with TPWS speed control - also jointed rails had to be retained rather than continously welded rail due to the risk of the rail buckling sideways with hot/cold temperature expansion/contraction. I don't know if this is still the case with todays modern technology

beautiful video Curve 50 is with caution that was led by two trains that derailed deltic?? trains were bed the station is very good and well maintained greeting gus
