For puff pastry
400 g | 14 oz puff pastry dough (defrost it)
Bake 20 minutes at 200C | 392F
For custard
2 eggs
200 g | 1 cup sugar or less if you don't have a sweet tooth
1 liter | 4 cup | 33 fl oz organic whole milk
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 teaspoom vanilla sugar or vanilla extract
