I wonder if that base cell stuff is almost the same as putting in a little white pigment paste or Castin craft? Just curious what it’s made out of. This is beautiful and I really want to try that base.👍🤩

Oh My Tish. I love these colors and designs with lacing and cells. Can I do this on a silicone mold. I am making a tray and would like to use the base that creates lacing. Have you ever done that ???. I love watching all your videos as you give me so many ideas. Thanks for sharing.❤️❤️❤️🌸🌸😀😀

Thank you 😁💟🤗 I haven't tried this product inside a mold. That's a great idea. I'll give it a try asap. I think it might work better if your tray was out of the mold and you did a layer like this on top of the tray. I'm just thinking since the mold is enclosed it might make the lacing less crisp & defined as the resin self levels and dries / cures but I'll try it out asap 🤗💟

Yes. The faster drying resins work best for this technique 🤗

How well do you take constructive criticism? According to my five year old this would be “way more cuter as fairy floss with a stick” 🤣🤣 All my girls are art critics, i recently did an alcohol ink horse piece that my daughter stole for her room and she had me turn it into a unicorn with stars ✨

If I use alcohol inks over the base paste will there still be a cell effect?

It should work if you are using the colour passion cell base white. That is the product that gives cells. I haven't tried it with alcohol inks but it should still work.
