Narcissistic Sexual Predators; Clinical Therapy

I believe predation is not the work of a small subsection of society. Sexual assaulters come in many forms and the definition spans beyond the conventional definitions associated with sex addiction; therefore clinical treatment is vastly different among persons exhibiting predatory sexual behavior vs individuals struggling with sex addiction and/or hyper sexuality...
From experience we know the issue of treatment requires a necessary secured setting for all cases. So, I pose the question: Does admitting these sex offenders pose a threat to the others in these sex programs?..

Most predators are narcs. They love the adrenal rush they get. They get the same rush argueing with their spouse. They can't feel small amounts of adrenaline, they need huge amounts to feel it working.

Yep, a lot of narcs have been convicted of SA or some form of deviant sexual behavior. My ex husband who is a Narc is on Megan’s list. Wish I knew how to spot a narc back then. I am lucky I got out alive.

I don't know who you are talking about but you seem one of the more decent, principled, professional, balanced, qualified and kind people in the trade. Yes, the difference is addiction vs predatory behaviour. One is motivated as a coping method and faulty practice in order to cope with pain, and the other is arrogance (see what I can do mentality, see what I am capable of) and sheer disregard for another, even an entitlement to intimidate and hurt another. There is no therapy for a sexual predator. Just like you can't change anyone who is straight or homosexual. If man or woman is convicted once for sexual assault, we throw away the key.

I made a huge decision that ruined every aspect of my life 21 yrs ago and when I lost everything I knew I could never repeat that incident ever again. It's not about sex addiction its about pain deep pain that no one could help me with. Since that time I have dealt more realistically with my pain, emotions & trauma. You have to be willing to admit u did something hurtful to someone else & then seek daily, weekly, monthly counseling/help from trained professionals!

Like every person trying to sexually interact with me, lurk outside my house any time I take my clothes off, illegally accessing home security video and selling this feed online., Which ends up with a bunch of predators showing up outside my house. One posted an ad of a child when I was listening to music and doing a sexy solo thing, like a normal person would.
