I dated a corrections officers who pretended he was strong. Not so. It's pretty easy to control people who are locked up 80% of the time and you have the weapons. Yet when his kids disrespected him he cried and when his ex wife disrespected him and me, he did absolutely nothing about it. He is a total coward and I lost all respected and attraction knowing at the end of the day, I was my own.

They know exactly what to say to you and how to say it..... but Never Back It Up With ACTION. 9. They admit to being needy and codependent and have the Strong Desire To Impose on your boundaries... 10. Shallow, superficial and no consistency in their persona. 11. Whatever bullsh# they would have you believe about yourself. 12... Leave them where you find them. 🖕 F#ckem.

Narcissists are very good at posturing, this is a primate behavior to achieve social status , most normal people want things to run harmoniously , the narcissist being a coward takes advantage of this evolutionary brain hard wiring that most people have. The moment some one confronts with extreme aggression the narcissist runs away.

My husbands father tried to physically attack my child. Thank God the dining table stopped him from actually hitting her. My daughter and I screamed back at him, I gave him a what for. Like a Principal. He shrank down into a naughty little school boy and hid behind my husband. Coward. It’s obviously no contact now. I have never met such an evil man in my life!

I try to use behavioral methods to deal with bullying and/or aggressive behavior. The minute they start getting out of hand is when my communication abruptly stops, and I disengage. When they are civil, I start complying with them.

@@LookingBehindtheMirror Low level lazy bums are 100% cowards. HR needs to be fired from removing disciplinary measures. Toxic workplace never let these bums ever win, they will always get exposed. If you are full of rage, you need to be locked up. 16 years still going for me. Today 95% at work are only the negative people then all the devils wake up. They want the money but refuse to work and today all the ones in power are pussies, even the police. Being a top worker for 40 years no one will touch me. They never win and always get themselves exposed or one day Karma will always get them. Never transfer or change departments or ever quit then they won. They will in the future transfer themselves after 95% know they have been exposed. They are cowards, gang stalking me and I've got nothing to hide. Hate = jealousy. Two years ago I stopped the security guard and told my manager and security manager and if they don't stop I will call the police for harassment. I transport patients and do anything to destroy me. One day I will have the police knocking on their door. Then they will stop.

Agreed.. the way they treat their wounds is pathetic, they let evil consume them and waste moments of true insight, then feel defeated but not by someone elses doing but by themselves.. so they rage at you when you point it out 😀 because it is true.. this repeats on regular basis, they get moments of true insight and safety but do nothing about it..

@@LookingBehindtheMirror I'm from Canada. What is your advice? Same here being bullied, mobbed, gaslighting, harassed at the hospital for over 14 years. I've happened to be the top worker for 39 years and have never been suspended. These bullies are jealous haters and are very miserable people. Union, manager, HR and the police are all totally useless. Bullies are lazy bums and stupid managers are scared of the bullies. They say I'm crazy, I drink, I'm a stalker who follows women after work. All bs defamation of character. The biggest mistake since they removed disciplinary measures. They should arrest the bullies and fire the manager. Action speaks louder than nasty words. It destroys my reputation. I will never quit to make these lazy bums ever win. If I decide to transfer to another hospital and may start gaslighting, smearing and bullying me once again, I don't know all the new managers etc. like in every department like now. So best to not change hospitals. I will never let bullies try to control me from quitting. Just don't react and don't try to defend myself which will only go back and forth making me look even more guilty. Action always speaks louder than words. Just best to ignore them and let them find another easier target. Never let these low life lazy bums ever win.
