Please tell me that people know the band The Replacements that Flea was talking about bcs If anyone doesn't know the Replacements then you def need to listen to the Replacements albums, Sorry Ma, Stink, Hootenanny, Let it Be, Tim, and Pleased to Meet Me. All of those albums are some of the best and most influential records of all time. I was surprised to see Josh cover Answering Machine with the Chili Pep's in MN (which is where the Replacements are from). It's always great to see one of your favorite bands who likes/was/is influenced by the same bands you were/are influenced by still

D Rago I saw the r.h.c.p. in Edmonton, Alberta ,Canada, I think 2006? They busted out a bit of "London Calling" ( the clash) ,as well as a bit of "Oldsmobile'98" (Public enemy)/in the old hockey arena, a terrible building for live music quality.

Nardwuar is the only person besides me that I know of that actually knows about Nomeansno. Literally nobody else (apart from people directly involved in comment sections etc.) It always makes my ears zoom in when he mentions anything related to that.

JJ Burnel was one of the first bass players with that aggressive tone and style, love Wright and Watt as well but I don;t hear Mike Watt when I listen to Rob Wright. also Rob Wright sings while playing those incredible bass lines, so yeah his talent is unreal.
