Agile is a guidelines boss where in multiple members like Developer and QA teams work together when agile guide not be there then we are following others software development life cycle called water fall model and that's take more time bcz functional requirements development of the application is very large scale so here we are developing the application sequencly way one by one but in agile guidelines case u develope ur application parallels means development and testing together and any modifications has to change based on the clients requirements then u can easily modified this is called aglie methodology and these kind of benefits u will get through the JIRA Tool
