Is that because the bow and stern thrusters are running here and are not built with same scrubbing system?

That is a good question. Hopefully a crew member could give us some insight.

The engineers have a periscope for them to see the smoke and its condition, so they do know about it, and they adjust accordingly. In and around US Ports you have to burn cleaner fuel. I can't imagine Canada being any different, so something is screwed up. Unburnt/partially burnt fuel being exhausted. Numerous faults.

It may of been posted on FB group with regards to the smoke on this ship and one person basically said cheap fuel, Possible cheap Fuel from Eastern Europe?

Diesel lugging down hard. Low grade fuel.
