A different video I saw said you need to buy a base fair ticket and the limited express ticket. Does that ticket machine automatically give you both those tickets?

Yes you can! Usually I use visa but you can use master and American Express

You can take Tokyu sky liner. There is not Narita express 22:30🥲🥲🥲
