Ingredients:
Flattened rice (2 cup)
Plain Flour (1/2 cup)
Sooji (1/2 cup)
Salt (pinch of)
Sugar (1/2 cup)
Cooking Oil to deep fry
Pur (Made by milk & coconut)
Water as required
Recipe:
1) Wash and soak flattened rice for few mins
2) Add maida, sooji, salt and sugar
3) Kneed a semi-soft dough
4) Take a small portion of dough and make a small dip in it
5) Put pur made by milk and coconut and seal the edges
6) Give a shape as per choice
7) Heat oil and deep fry one by one
