Skipping Silver Chair would be criminal, but at this point that’s unfortunately pretty much out of the question… last battle doesn’t really work either if it’s in continuity with these movies, as Will Poulter is way to old to be Eustace 😂

@ that’s precisely why I didn’t include Silver Chair in my comment. What could they do to maintain continuity? Either recast Eustace or change the story to make his return to Narnia from a college level event, rather than a middle school age boarding school. Either way, they fumbled the golden football they had with this series, and I for one don’t want them to touch The Chronicles of Narnia so long as Bob Igor and Kathleen Kennedy are still at Disney. They’ll ruin it like they’ve ruined Star Wars and every other live action Disney classic.

@ it was announced a few years ago the series is going to be remade for Netflix (not much better than Disney). The writer / director is Greta Gerwig who is pretty fantastic, so I’m hoping for good things.
