I feel this game is much easier to play when you have two players. I used to play this all the time with my step-brother and we were a great team.

Back when movie video games had a chance of being made well. Interesting combat and puzzles, and collectibles gave this some replay value. The soundtrack too! Even as an adult it can be challenging - had a good time playing through it again a few years back.

I never noticed how similar it all is the Traveler's Tales LEGO games they started making soon after. Walking around in co-op, smashing everything for coins, using different character abilities to clear obstacles, even very similar User Interface. I guess we don't really need a LEGO Narnia game, we've already got it!

I suddenly want to repurchase this game, now that I'm old enough to play it without rage quitting lol me and my sister were really young when we played this lol

I loved this game so much! I remember playing it when I was 5/6 years old. I remember rage quitting when I couldn’t pass the “beaver dam” level and “through the tunnel” level. But mostly the second one cause those task of helping the beaver, the wolfs and making sure the large rock isn’t knocked over gave me so much anxiety. 😥

Adored this game. I saw the film as a kid and I loved it. This was pretty good for a licensed game. Little did we know Travellers Tales would start to make all the incredible Lego licensed games.

Wow, this Narnia gameplay is absolutely incredible! I love how you managed to pull it off; it takes a lot of skill to do that consistently. Watching you play really inspires me to practice more. I never knew this game had such depth-you really helped me understand the mechanics better. I’d love to learn it for my own gameplay. Plus, your editing is on point; it keeps the video entertaining. Keep up the fantastic work, and I can't wait to see what you do next! You're definitely one of my favorite creators!

The vast armies in the background of certain levels, such as the war levels, really made the battles feel larger than they actually were, even though the background armies were (probably?) just animated 2D billboards/sprites. You don't notice it while playing because 1. the sprites were far away in the background and you were paying attention to the action in the foreground, and 2. the angle of the camera was controlled. Notice how the camera only dramatically tilts down, away from the sprites when the background army is mostly offscreen, such as at @4:00:52 . The relatively low resolution of the game may have helped obscure the fact that they were 2D sprites. Those war setpieces still impress me 15 years later. I'm not sure if this could be replicated today in a higher resolution game today without it being very obvious.

I have 5 out of 6 shields in the battle of Beruna, how do i get the 6th? Is it like a 10 hit combo or something?
@KawaiiGames5 жыл бұрын
Not sure, tbh, I think shields from 2-6 are combo gathered, probably how many enemies you kill at once or something, I just got it while playing through the level, if you figure it out, let me know :)

I have a quick question, I am replaying the game right now and in the "through the tunnel" level, I got all the shields but one, I believe its the 8th one, but I can't quite make out how you got it, mind if you tell me, I know its not any with susan's horn nor hitting enemies 10 times in a row
@ariiiii192 жыл бұрын
I know this comment is a year old but in case you're still playing: it was a 10 combo hit. There are only 2 bonus shields that you can get with Dryad's melody. One at the campfire, one in the other area. The rest are all 10 hit combos
