In real life Aslan represents Jesus especially when he sacrificed his life on the stone table as on the cross. Chronicles of Narnia has so much symbolism in it. Cs Lewis converted from Atheism to Christianity. Even the Last book, ‘Last Battle’ represents the some parts of Revelation.

My beliefs are VERY different than the whole "Aslan is Jesus" thing. I see some similarities between the two despite there being differences as well.🐺 But I see it as a good idea for us Aslanians to at least support our fellow Christians nonetheless.🐺 Aslan died for the animals AND for the humans....Jesus died for humans🐺

It occurs to me that if the kids stayed in narnia until they were adults, then they could have turned the one movie into a trilogy. Film the ending scene when they are kids, and the next two movies as each character is grieing older in RL. That would make for a believable couple of years fighting for Freedom of Narnia, instead of just one battle. This was a problem in Mulan as well. The whole movie leading up to a big war, but in both movies finished with just one big battle. At least, lord of the rings gave the impression there were many battles in the three movies, leading to a proper conclusion.

Hello, Firstly, I beg your pardon for my bad English, it’s not my mothertongue. I’m sorry to desagree but in the book, there is only one real battle, at Beruna like in the movie. And it’s pretty logical cause Aslan has already win. He win at the Stone Table, when he give himself in exchange of Edmund and return to life, proving that the Witch has no power on him. In the following battle, the White Witch is on the battlefield, her army blocked between the regular army leaded by Peter and the reinforcement leaded by Aslan. So, when the Witch is killed by Aslan, everything is done. The remains of the army of monsters has the choice between surrending, escaping, and death. If the White Witch did not came to the battle, maybe the war would be longer, but it was a belivebel way to end everything quickly. C.S.Lewis wanted to make a one-shot story for childrens (and adultes who remains a bit dreamers). Not an epic but very long and realistic war, like Tolkien wanted to do. In this situation, it’s common to see vilains being so assured of their own victorie they forget to be carefull. Here is all. Have a good day !
