Swapping our 34ft narrowboat for the big 60FT!
This is the first look at our new home, we decided we absolutely love boat life and want to be much more comfortable for many years to come

Hey! Thank you so much, we are really happy and proud of our new floating home! It’s a really good layout just needs our touch on it to make it ours! And thank you, I think a combination of a much better camera mic and also a clear day has helped with some very good editing (I can make myself seem louder than I am) but thank you! We’re also doing van love fest and vanlife fest and I think we’re going to come to carry on camping just trying to get tickets, plus others. We’ve been a bit preoccupied buying our house and new workshop but we’re going to get our heads back into vanlife a bit more once we’re all sorted.

It’s definitely something I know I’m the skipper (annabel) and I think on the narrowboat it’s a helmswomen/man but I am just going with driving 😂😂 most simple term to say I guess Just like when we ‘moor’ the boat- I constantly say ‘park’ 😂 can’t help myself!

And not at all, unfortunately I became Ill from the c19 💉 which resulted in some complications, one obvious is my voice, it’s damaged my vocal cords so I talk with a whisper x The dogs are very quirky and full of life when it comes to the boating trips - you’ll have to watch out for the next vlog where we take the boat out on its first adventure! 💗

Hi! Do you mean buy a narrowboat or cruise? X There is always an element of security safety whether you own a home or a boat, good thing about a boat is you can always move if there is something going on in the neighbourhood your in, a house your kind of stuck in one location With regards to security of the physical boat, yeah it’s always something to be in your mind but having good locks, cameras and ensuring you moor in good locations - you just do your best to stay safe x
