NARS Soft Matte Complete Concealer | Review

Sarah, i just received mine and tried it. You need to apply it with your fingertip and not a brush or beauty blender for best results as it is more of a paste and not a liquidy cncealer ... the warmth helps to blend it in seamlessly. You also need to apply a very light dusting of powder to set it.

You do need to set this concealer with a powder, I had the same thing happen and when I set it with a powder very lightly (RCMA) it worked great!!

I was listening to a dermatologist program in Sirius and the doctor was telling that the cure to undereye dark circles is the holy grail of the dermatologic science!!! So we better stick with Tarte's Shape Tape!!!! Thanks for the review and your super professional description box!

I love you videos😍 but i wanted to tell you the when you correct your dark circles with a light salmon pink corrector it will become gray and ashy but if you used an orange corrector it will cancel the dark spots with out looking ashy! You can try the Mac one or the Becca one they are my favorite !❤️

I was between this and the Anastasia Beverly Hills creamy concealer (in the individual pots, shade 3.0) and am so glad I got the ABH.. That along with shape tape are my new holy grails!

I had the same results. I did set it with LM. I thought it was the powder that made it look pretty dry. When first applied its sooo smooth and beautiful. But it kind of wore off during the day. I returned it for the Radiant Creamy Concealer. Sticking to that and of course the Tarte Shape Tape. PS, we have similiar undereyes. Thanks for the review ☺️💕

Nars creamy concealer is for under eye and nars matte concealer is only for spots on face ( zits or pimples that you want to hide under the makeup)

I have the NARS concealor in the tube. I find it best works when I blend it in with my finger. I have yet to try the pot.

Hello Sarah, I hope you are doing well. I also have tried this concealer in past and noticed that it highlights the wrinkles which were not even there before applying. Couple of days back when I went to Saphora, I somehow happened to mention this to the sales girl. She said Ma’am you need to use it as a corrector and after applying it you need to apply concealer 😜 I never tried it this way, looks like I need to try this 😂😂. I really like you reviews and minute observations regarding concealers and it has helped me a lot. Would really appreciate if you give your thoughts on this 🙂

Thanks for the review! Good to know what not to spend money on, lol. I see some comments saying it should be applied with your fingers but I don't see that making that big of a difference with this concealer. In my opinion the coverage was poor compared to other concealers you've reviewed. Also not sure how many people would be interested but could you do a review on Maybelline FaceStudio Master Conceal? I've been hearing good things about it.

MAYBE YOU NEED A EXTRA COAT AND ALSO I HAD FINES LINES THE CORNER OF EYES SO I WENT TO A EYE SPECIALIST HE TOLD ME TO TAKE OMEGA 3 BUT I COULD NOT DO THE FISH OIL SO I TOOK BARLEAN WALNUT FLAVOR AND 2WEEKS THERE WAS A BIG DIFFERENCE AND NOW GONE.

charita spruill Hi wow I just read this comment and yours saying that eating fish oil will reduce the undereyes wrinkles and if so how come, is it hydrating them? Do you put the fish oil directly on your undereyes or swallow fish oil capsules? Also how many milligrams per day did the doctor recommend and how long did it take for you to start seeing a noticeable change? I have no idea what that Barlean water supplemeant is but I’ll try the omegas first. How old are you? Just wondering how bad your wrinkles under your eyes because I have crepey dry undereyes and I can’t afford anything extra this month and scrape every penny so the fewer products I have to purchase the better.
