Scary when you think about this, way back in Naruto Shippuden he was doing enough physical exercise no problem, and had Might Guy gassed. SAd what they did to Rock Lee's character though, he became the Vegeta of the series just to show off an enemy's powers or stall for time for a main character to show up.
