Big difference. It's been shown in Boruto that people can absorb jutsu that's a lot more power than themselves. I wouldn't put it past Momoshiki to absorb a star. But to destroy a star? There's no feats that prove he can do such a thing.

To me, Kishimoto added these powers somewhat suddenly. Naruto gained the chakra of the One-Tail through Nine-Tails, the half of Hagoromo's chakra that held Six Paths Yang Power, and Six Paths Sage Mode; Sasuke gained a Rinnegan, the half of Hagoromo's chakra that held Six Paths Yin Power, and an enhancement to his Rinnegan. Then, there was Kakashi having both of Obito's Mangekyō Sharingan. Then, after Kaguya's defeat, Kishimoto reduced their overall powers quickly and then powered them up again, but in different ways.

Some people gets confused about this episode, and some other unsterstood it wrong! The sage of six paths didn't give this power to Naruto & Sasuke. Obito and Kabuto did. Because Obito had a piece of each tailed beast, Naruto could activate this sage mode. Kabuto had Hashirama cells, so when he healed Sasuke, Sasuke got both uchiha and senju powers so he activated Rinnegan. The sage of six paths appeared to both of them just because of what Obito and Kabuto did.

If kabuto didn't have senju cells, Kabuto or someone still might heal sasuke, but he wouldn't meet the sage and will not have his power nor the Rinnegan. So even the sage can't just give his sealing jutsu to kakashi and sakura! Everything is linked to each other here.

Sakura not being mentally able to handle "destroying an eye" is truly something I will never understand, SHE IS A GODDAM MEDIC. This doesn't make sense, i would've preferred another reason for why Madara was able to get his second rinnegan back, not because, Sakura, a surgeon, a medic, who's literally cut open Naruto's chest and pumped his heart MANUALLY in order to keep him alive, couldn't stab an eye.

This scene only happens in the anime. In the manga there's no time between Obito asking her to destroy the eye and Madara appearing. The anime does this a lot with Sakura where they add in scenes that aren't canon for some reason. The manga doesn't have half the scenes of her hitting Naruto that the anime does, and Sakura starts treating Naruto nicer waaaaay earlier than she does in the anime. It's like they tried to make her as dislikable as possible.

Sasuke's rinnegan ability. He can switch anything from one place to another. Like what he did between him and his sword. It's like teleporting but needs something from that place as a replacement to change with your current location.

depending on the point you're referring to he either didn't know how to use them or his enemy could counter all of them. If your talking about war arc sasuke then he didn't use them because he didn't know how but if your talking about boruto sasuke then its because the otsuki all have counters to him.
