It seems like Kishimoto has gotten to the point where he makes the villains so powerful he isn't capable of writing a believable way for the protagonists to overpower them, so he has to fall back on "talk-no-jutsu". No matter how he sets up the coming battle there is no way for anyone present on the battlefield to take on Madara powered up with two rinnegan and like 90% of all the bijuu chakra. If Kishimoto lets Madara power up to his full potential he will essentially have written himself into a corner.

Not exactly. Naruto could possibly become the Juubi's jinchuuriki kind of since he has chakra from almost all of the tailed beasts and could possibly eat the fruit of the God Tree to increase the chakra inside him to godlike levels plus the tailed beasts chakra he already has inside of him. If that happened, then naruto maybe powerful enough to stop madara when he becomes the Juubi's Jinchuuriki.

Being Talk no Jutsu'd over Izuna isn't a bad way to be taken down though. In Madara's case at least. I'd rather that happen than him being overpowered by someone to be honest.

I almost feel as if The best way for Madara to be stopped is either someone appealing to his emotional sense with Izuna, or him killing himself. It'd be kind of anti-climactic for him to be overpowered by someone in my opinion. That's exactly why Orochimaru has never truly been overpowered. His defeats have always been because of some disadvantage. With Sasuke it was because he was weak. With the Third, well...he wasn't really defeated that time. Just majorly crippled. And with Itachi...that wasn't really a fight. I don't think it counts. When you build a character up like Madara or Orochimaru, you can't really have them be truly overpowered by another person. It kills all the hard work put into making them what they are.

I think Madara disproved Hashiramas prediction of Sasukes talk no justsu by stabbing Sasuke in the chest. I think Hashiramas speech was a plot device to show that nothing can change Madara, not even a fellow Uchiha.

Well given the fact that Kishi has stated in the past that Madara Uchiha has no weakness, I doubt he will get Talk-No-Jutsu'd. I'm pretty sure Madara is already aware that Sasuke looks like Izuna, and yet he impaled him, no fucks given. I really don't know how they will take out Madara, but it better not be anticlimactic. The last thing we want from Kishi is an unsatisfying ending.

KOL: Sasuke isn't the type of guy that'll do talk no jutsu. Ever since Sasuke joined the fight, his main goal has been to cut somebody's head off. Now I do have a theory with the whole Sasuke is like Izuna. 1) They look really similar. 2) (the more important one). Like KOL said about Sasuke's fire control and Madara's gravity control. Somewhere in the manga it states how Uchiha family lines specialize in certain aspects when they receive the Mangekyou sharingan. Sasuke and Madara both can control a certain jutsu element and both have the EMS. That saying: when Madara got his regular body back, he spared Sasuke because Sasuke's eyes were special. And at the end of the chapter Madara mentions sacrificing his son. So in theory: Sasuke is Madara's great great grandson.

What if Sasuke unlocked the rinnegan with the help of Hashirama, thus being able to summon the hawk? If you pay attention to the panel with the hawk, the hawk's eye does look like a rinnegan. On page 14 of mangastream, you can also see some shadowy figures that resemble chakra rods(4th panel). Maybe I'm just seeing things...

I don't think we need to worry about a talk no jutsu on Madara. Hashirama said that since Madara took his Sage chakra that he would give sasuke a jutsu that would bind him because of it. It looks like Hashirama is gonna pull one last Troll on Madara. First was tricking him in their first fight and stabbing him in the back. Second was Madara waiting for Hashirama to show up at the battle so he could fight him and just as he's about to go charging in Hashirama just blows him off.

Kol it was never specified that you could only summon one type of creature. I think it should be possible to have several animal summons but usually you clear a trial before you can get a contract with an animal. Which I think would be too difficult and make characters only have one summon.

A few things kol: 1. You're right about madara's ability to perceive clones. Another time this was mentioned was madara vs. the kages when he stated he was the only one who could differentiate a hashirama wood clone from the real one. 2. It has never been stated that contracts are limited to one person per animal. It has never been shown in the manga until now but I do beleive the anime has depicted individuals with multiple summonings. 3. Wait till this Thursday in the Naruto anime and prepare to appreciate obito uchiha. People tend to forget obito went through a lot of traumatic shit. I mean he's been warped since this moment and stuck to his shit up until recently. How he could be hated by the fanbase is beyond me.

Obito is hated for several reasons. I hate him because his actions after Rin's death were way too illogical for me to believe. Also he spends too much time complaining about his trauma when there are many Naruto characters who had way more tragic stories that didn't complain anywhere near as much as Obito did (Gaara, Naruto, Itachi, etc.) However my distaste for Obito isn't really centered around Obito as much as it is Kishimoto for making him that way.

Also, to say that because certain characters handled tragedy differently then a villain is why most villain exist - they are warped individuals. Also, if u watch the anime closely and the upcoming episodes, jm certain your perspective will change. Even in the most recent episode, how does not having half your body mutilated at what, 13 years old, and being sired by madara uchiha not lead u to relate to the character? The trauma is there, it's deeper than rin even though the reason is rin.

HeatForce I find Obito illogical, because after witnessing Rin die, the last thing any person would do, even a grief stricken one, would be to go back to the old man in the cave who was blathering on about dramatically changing the world. I can see that Obito is a warped individual, but from a story standpoint, Obito's constant and repetitive complaining had no point. It didn't make me understand him any better and it just served to annoy me. Also Obito didn't really seem to be as bothered by having half a body as much as not getting to see Rin and Kakashi, so I hardly doubt that added much to his trauma when compared to Rin's death. Honestly Obito getting crushed by boulders was something that was too glossed over and wasn't even explained very well.

Gearfire but obito was a kid at the time, a child soldier. Kids are impressionable. Obito stuck to his ideals up until he realized that all the kooky stuff coming from old man madara's mouth was true, at least to obito (and by extension nagato), and the trigger was rin's brutal and I mean brutal death by the hand of his friend. When people see obito they see him as a 30 year old man. They forget that this man was set on this path as a child, a kid.

Except Obito showed no signs in questioning his beliefs. His prior beliefs were so strong and ingrained that he didn't give one care to what Madara was saying. But after Rin died he did a complete 180 in a matter of moments. I understand that Rin meant quite a lot to Obito, but she was hardly his entire world. Overall it leaves Obito looking like a confused and mentally weak individual; when under the guise of "Tobi" he couldn't be more different. I saw Obito/Tobi as a cold, calculating, and "in control" kind of guy. But after his backstory was revealed he became a completely different person, and an unstable one at that. The villain I had come to respect over the years now seemed like a lost child who was simply a tool to Madara.

I think we're looking at some basic Genjutsu coming from Sasuke that's going to remind Madara of the person he used to be, TNJ style. His hawk having the Rinnegan is just the way it's drawn they would have mentioned that... Everyone remember when Madara went SM he said it wasn't much? This insane durability, surviving Bijuu tail slaps, IS HIS OWN DURABILITY. What the fuck? Being alive makes him able to withstand that... Hashi's SM seems to be healing based rather than defence too(since Sasuke stabbed through his arm without Chidori)

If Hashirama gave Sasuke from a part of him, it's possible Sasuke will get the Rinnegan. Also, if Infinite Tsukuyomi is activated, Sasuke could reverse it with Izanami.

I want to see Sasuke join Madara's side... I think things would turn very interesting in that event. Not only would Madara have to be dealt with, but Sasuke would as well. I would think that it would end up being something like Madara and Sasuke on one side, and Orochimaru would probably follow Sasuke so it would be all three of them on the same side. Plus Orochimaru has control of the Edo Hokages and can assumingly control them but if he can't because they are too powerful (I remember Tobirama resisting his control), then they will be good. But either way Madara facing off against everyone else just seems kinda dumb, we need more villains. It would be legit if Sasuke fought Naruto and Madara watched, and then near the end of the fight Sasuke would have his body stolen by Orochimaru. If Orochimaru took Sasuke's body, he would definitely have enough chakra to fully control the Edo Hokage's.

Well if you remember, the exact same thing happened with gaara when his tailed beast was taken out. I believe naruto promised the exact same thing then: not to let him die. So this may be a case of history repeating itself in order to let Gaara pay back his debt to Naruto for saving his life. Gaara might be taking Naruto back to the sand village to Chiyo's husband, because if you remember Gaara's life was saved through human sacrifice (on Chiyo's part). The same technique might be used again.

Orochimaru is on his way to find the DNA of Izuna, so he can reborn him. Then he will use Izuna to try and talk Madara out of destroying the world. This seems like a reasonable explanation of what could happen.

It looked like it had something yi do with the moon. At first I thought gaara was going to take naruto there but in the realms of naruto that's not possible. Remember that the body of the jyuubi is apparantly sealed inside the moon and now it has its complete chakra (not sure if the full 8 tails was taken) so maybe kurama new something about that

Madara has two summons as well. The Gedo, and Kurama. Also Gaara is taking Naruto to the tree to eat the fruit.

The Gedo is a rinnegan based summon which is clearly an exception to the standard rules as seen with pains summoning path. Not completely sure how the kyuubi contract works though.

it'd be an asspull and a plot-hole if the fruit comes into play. just think about the story that Madara told Hashirama. it took the full powered Shinju 1,000 years to gain enough chakra to sprout a fruit. if a less than 70% Shinju sprouts a fruit in less than the 5 minutes it was alive, then that is poor writing. if a 90% Shinju sprouts a fruit within the hour, it's poor writing still. as it would take the 100% Shinju 1,000 years to give birth to a fruit.

Madara has to be killed... No talking to someone of that magnitude with such a resolve in his plan. Question is when will Naruto use the chakra stored in him to give Madara a real fight for a limited time. Something like Goku and Vegeta fusing which is only limited to 5 to 30 minutes I think the same will be for Naruto.
