Between this series and shippuden all three get a major boost as they learn from thier respective Sanin. If she had had something on top of that to make her own, like saskue and naruto did, she could have been more useful/interesting. Instead she barely develops any thing after becoming a mini-Tsunade. Not that that is a bad thing to be, just not distinct enough on its own for one of the characters we will see most.

Unfortunately female characters aren't given much of a time to shine. You'd think Sakura being the main female character should be up there with the male leads but sadly she's always far behind. However, Shipudden does dial things up a bit for her and gives her more to play with. But until then she'll stay like this.

he pays more attention to his jokes and stupid shit like details of the grass ninja?..like who the fuck cares about that shit..pay attention to the narrative and emotions...there isn't that much important world building stuff you truly need to remember like its one piece or hunter x hunter or jo jos going on usually..its basically a ninja show about themes and morals..the entire ninja system makes no sense when you think about it cause of the tailed beasts and bias the villages share against each other..its just dumb cause they claim its due to fighting over resources or like past hate and revenge but like it seems like all their doing is making their lives worse and making it less incentive to be a ninja in the first place by being at war with other villages so that and this forrest of death trials and the rain villages killing of your classmates test just seems like good ways to be understaffed im just saying and wasting more resources to grrom a class of ninja only for one to kill the rest?..and most likely he didnt kill half of them other people did and he was just the last one standing...doesnt mean he killed anyone honestly......its just a dumb system..period..we only learn of the land of fire which is like one continent too which always annoyed me...they never talk about the rest of the world..theres no nen system we basically follow one village...

Its actually harder to run like that. You just dont have balance with your arms behind your back to run. The animes and mangas make characters run like that because samurais used to run with the arms down cause the kimonos they used holds to much air, making dificult to run otherwise, but the kimonos flying around gives the impression that they're running with the arms back. But If you try to run with the arms back you probably gonna look like an idiot or fall.

What's annoying is so much of the fandom hating on Sakura and most of them are they guys in the fandom. Sakura truly does become a strong shinobi and on her own terms, you will especially see that in Shippuden. Of course I don't like the way she clings to Sasuke, but I don't blame Sakura as a character, Kishimoto made created her and made the decision to have her feelings for Sasuke be so unhealthily strong, I don't care about her attachment to Sasuke, I care about her an individual who has learned and grown into a great women and no one can tell me that she is not one of the strongest shinobi in the world by the end of shippuden. I know you guys hate hearing and seeing females speak their mind especially on the basis of sexism, but I don't fucking care, sexism is everywhere, it's in the bible, textbooks, and especially entertainment. Kishimoto said himself that when he created sakura he didn't yet know how to create a truly strong female character, so he made mistakes, which makes Sakura a flawed character, not a bad or weak one. And to the females in this fandom who think they're cool and edgy by hating on Sakura, you're not, you're just giving into the ugly and toxic view men already have on us.

Sakura has two flashes of becoming a strong female character one is coming up and you've probably already seen it. The other is at the beginning at Shippuden and she IMMEDIATELY backpedals and gets sent back to ninja kitchen to make sammiches. This show is always introducing new characters, giving them hopes of getting developed and then instead finding a shiny new character to introduce and taking the old ones out back.

The Naruto running making you faster thing is only applicable at incredibly high (superhuman) speeds. However, in history Shinobi often ran with their bodies low to the ground in order to hide their human silhouette in darkness and to conceal themselves behind low cover while still moving fast. It was also argued that they would put most of their body weight forward in front of their feet in order to force them to run faster than normal to avoid falling. This only worked for short distances though.
