Another example is the reanimated Hashirama fight against Hiruzen. Hiruzen is strong, but he's no match (especially with Tobirama in assistance), so I won't even start on Kakuzu, especially if he didn't have his multiples lives thing at the time.

Remember , Itachi is literally under a genjutsu due to the crow that he used that was supposed to be for sasuke. The genjutsu is to “protect the hidden leaf village” . Itachi couldn’t stop to talk because he literally can’t .

Nah, remember that once you realize you’re being controlled by the Kotoamatsukami, it no longer works. Just like how Mifune was told about Danzo’s manipulation and then no longer fell for it. Itachi did state that he is in control. Plus, if it was simply a genjutsu programmed to protect to leaf, it would have forced Itachi to fight Sasuke since Sasuke literally just declared he’s going to destroy the leaf. Itachi didn’t stop to talk to Sasuke simply because he needed to stop Kabuto, in a time sensitive manner

That's incorrect. People under Kotoamatsukami never realize that they're under genjutsu and every action that they carry out is believed to be of their own will. Itachi wouldn't have helped Naruto and B seal Nagato and say his goodbye to Naruto if that was the case, it would have also raised the question of why Itachi didn't go to the frontlines like the Hokages if was to sorely "protect the hidden leaf". Itachi himself made the decision to go after Kabuto because he himself saw it was in his best interest

Suraj: it wasnt a stupid plan by Itachi. Remember how righteous and innocent-sparing Sasuke was before he learned about Itachi, refusing to kill and such. He literally told Tobi to his face that Tobi and Itachi were evil. I think it's quite likely Sasuke would've returned to the village or at least lived peacefully after killing Itachi, HAD TOBI NOT TOLD ITACHI'S TRUTH. Itachi even put multiple safety nets against Tobi managing to tell that truth, just one being the planted Amaterasu that triggered on Tobi's Sharingan.

The generations in Naruto always bothered me!!!! Like I guess the ‘Shinobi World’ is fairly new, and it was just random clans killing eachother, but they make it sound as if 2000 years of history has passed! If you think about it Tsunade is the GRAND DAUGHTER of the 1st Hokage!!! That’s literally like 200-300 years ancestry at best!! Especially in a world with a lifespan so low because of constant war. It just makes absolutely no sense for the type of ‘long history’ the show try to makes events seem 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤔 -As well as the 1st and 2nd hokage were brothers in close age. And the fact that the 3rd hokage looked to be around 20 when the 2nd died and we see the 3rd alive at the beginning of the series. And The Tsuchikage fought Madara himself!!!! Like literally not a lot of time has passed AT ALL in the grand scheme a worlds history. Idk, I think it just really throws me off that it’s been a couple hundred years and the shows makes it seem like thousands at this point 🤷‍♀️

tsunade is at least 50 years old during this time and she's using a jutsu to make herself younger, also Hashirama and Tobiramas time was maybe a bit over 100 years ago not 200-300 years ago and Hiruzen was in his 70s or 80s when he died and we do know that Hashirama was alive when tsunade was a little child so I think it all makes sense
